Here you can see all of the teens behind the scenes of Bluesub Media's productions and presence, taking on industry roles in order to practice for future experience.
We also have included a small piece about each member of the BlueSub team and their role within Bluesub Media.

Joe Lander
Joe is the lead executive and the founder of BlueSub Media. It always was his vision to be able to run a production company, so to create a group like this has so far become a partial dream come true. Joe worked as the producer for BlueSub's live show, as well as the director of "Inside NCS" and the host of "Truro State Of Mind". During his time at Helston Community College, Joe studies Media at GCSE as well as drama and music, and his lifelong experience in the theater has allowed him to develop his skills as an artist- as well as his confidence to lead such a capable team.
Mai Gallagher

Mai Gallagher is one of our co-hosts on Bluesubmedia's podcast, Truro State Of Mind. She also helps out with some of Bluesubmedias social platforms, such as the photography and captions. In her spare time, whilst she's not in college creating films, Mai is usually at home watching cult classic films to help further develop her understanding of movies, and also adores reading and chilling with friends. Mai has always had a passion for media, especially when it comes to making magazines and her own products. She has been doing media for around 5 years now and hopefully will go on longer!
Dan (Larry) Morris
Dan (Larry) Morris is the Executive Assistant Director at BlueSub Media, which is a fancy term to basically say that he's second to Joe. Dan acts as the behind the scenes managerial face of the company, often proofing executive desisions made by Joe before they go out. Being a member of the inner circle of the BlueSub managerial team, there is a great deal of trust between Joe and Dan, with Joe handing the reins over to Dan as host of BlueSub Media's weekly show "Truro State of Mind" at the beginning of it's second series after stating "I need someone I can trust to get the job done properly, and Larry is the only guy suitable for the job". Dan himself if also a director, helping to write and often produce some of BlueSub's work.
Peter Ashley
Peter is very much a radio DJ through and through. In fact, he decided that to commit himself to the DJ act, he'd take on every characteristic of a good DJ - Long hair, Baseball cap and Beard (He did say that this doesn't mean he thinks Joe is a bad DJ, but we are skeptical of that). Being the only DJ in the company who is not the Boss, he became the head of the Radio Division. At the time of writing, he is in the first year of his A-Levels, and takes both Media and Drama. Be sure to listen to his radio show on Tuesdays from 5 till 6.
Harry Kirk
Harry is an associate producer who is an "OG" basically meaning he's been with Joe since the beginning of his adventures with BlueSub. This was roughly 2 years ago when Joe first found his enjoyment in filming and media and expressed this through making videos for social media using only his phone to film and edit these videos for fun. Today BlueSub has come a long way by using high tech equipment and gaining more skills to improve editing and the content that has been produced.
Alex Lythall
Alex has always had an interest in Media, and especially animation for a number of years. He spends some of his free time creating simple 2D animations and 3D Posters in SFM. He took Media as a course in Penryn college, before coming to Truro College in order to develop his skills ready for a career later in life. I chose it in Truro college as the subject as a whole interests me, as in the future i hope to have a job as a CGi artist for movies

Dan is a very famous top shagger, basically Fortnite Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins, a man, follow him on Twitter (@the_maskd), loves music, spends most of time on the streets and in the sheets, doesn't really do much, his appearance is mostly hidden (just ignore the images next this), cameraman of "Truro State Of Mind", practically the mastermind of it. Was a vision mixer on the live Christmas show.

Terry has the role of an Executive Producer at Bluesub Media and when he's not out filming or acting for films, you can often hear him on Coast FM as one of their presenters. Terry also has a Publishing Company for whom he has written many books and has completed many marathons.

Rowan Horton

Rowan also met Joe at college and similarly to Fin you can see him acting in several films; one of which Rowan plays alongside Fin as one of the main characters in "Versus". He has also appeared on a few episodes of "Truro State of Mind"
When Rowan is not at college you will often hear interesting historical stories and facts whilst he enjoys learning about historical ventures. Rowan is also a very skilled photographer and pictures anything from antique weapons to scenery.
Madeleine Cook
Madeleine (often known as Mads) has the role of Community Engagement Manager and Social Media and Advertising Coordinator, long title I know! She looks out for everyone on the team and being one of 2 people on the team who do not study Media she can take on pastoral responsibility. She also takes on a huge role looking at the face of the company and ensuring everything looks as it should, and during film competitions, she is out messaging as many people as she can to vote. Madeleine is often heard but not seen as she has played roles often over the phone taking on her first role as Stacey in "The Kidnapper" and she can also be heard on a few Radio Bluesub shows too. She is also the one to write this page so hello!! When Madeleine is not working she is an accomplished pianist and musician and enjoys woodwork and building in between working at Screwfix.
